Waranty and returns
The period of warranty shall start from the date of delivery of the product to the customer and shall cover a period of 2 years. The period of warranty is a time period in which a purchased product may be returned or exchanged. It does not include the time of processing returns. If there is an exchange of product or even its part, warranty period starts again from the the date of delivery of the exchanged or repaired product (or its part). This warranty cannot be applied on the free gifts you can receive for your purchases.
Return of the items
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Your money will be returned in the agreed way. The return items must not be used or damaged. Item has to be returned in the original packaging. Warranty certificate has to be provided with the returned product. You obtained warranty certificate together with a new product.
Our team always tries to make sure that no damaged products are sent. If you obtained damaged product anyway or a product you did not order, please contact us immediately and we will try to send a new or right product in the shortest possible time. Never send the goods back without prior arrangement. Valid returns are being processed for free. In the case of invalid returns we charge shipping and handling fee (300CZK). The damage caused by shipping is not included in warranty. Complaints about damages caused by shipping need to be addressed to the transportation company.
Conflict with the purchasing contract
In the case of receiving item, which is not in concert with purchasing contract, you can return the item due to valid return rules. The item will be returned for free and in the shortest possible time.
Terms and conditions apply as stated on the day the order was sent by customer. The rights and obligations, that not regulate these terms and conditions shell be governed by the Commercial and Civil Code or other general laws.
